Martyn and his team were brilliant. They were open and honest from the outset about time and cost. They treated me as an equal, unlike some places who when they know you are a woman treat you like you know nothing. The cost was very good for the exceptionally high quality of work undertaken. I had a tow bar fitted, a new sliding window, a solar panel and my cassette awning fitted. They cleaned the van for me and made it looked lovely. Martyn then took his time to show me the work down and explain how the solar panel worked to keep the battery charged, how much charge could be expected, my battery life, how I could in the future improve on this. He also then after I asked , took time to show me how to work some of the other features on my camper van. It was exceptionally good service and I highly recommend Natural Born Campers.
After having issues from previous conversion companies I contacted NBC and spoke with Martyn regarding re-fitting an EVO furniture system in our van. After a visit and consultation we agreed on the works and price. COVID then kicked which of course caused a delay, however, Martyn kept me updated and even came and collected the van. Martyn kept in touch throughout the works ringing me to check/update on progress and decisions. He delivered the van back to me and as you can see in the pictures what a job. He even did additional works (Speaker boxes) without charging. I would not hesitate in recommending Natural Born Campers for your conversion works, you will not be disappointed!
