How does billing work?
Plans are billed once a year — Basic is £219 and National is £319. That works out to about £18 and £27 a month, but you pay the year up front. We trade a lower price for committed customers, simple as that. Free is genuinely free, forever, with no card.
What if I don't get any leads?
On Basic you get every buyer enquiry within 50 miles of you; on National you get every enquiry in the UK. If your area is quiet that month, that's the area, not the platform — we never fabricate leads. You can cancel any time and keep every lead until the year you paid for ends.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your billing page whenever you like. Your listing and leads stay active until the end of the year you paid for — no pro-rated refund, but nothing is locked in beyond the year.
How do leads arrive?
By email — usually within minutes of a customer asking for quotes. You get the customer's name, phone, postcode, and a short brief about the conversion they want. You reply directly to them.
