This was our first outing in a camper van for a week in Wales and it was a great experience from the start. Steve was very helpful in going through all the features of the van prior to setting out, covering everything we needed to know. The van, the Rimor Horus, was very comfortable, functional and suited our needs well and was easy and enjoyable to drive. I'm not sure where to start with how happy we were- still our- with our experience from BCH! We're hired a campervan to take us from Berkshire to the Outer Hebrides in April and honestly, the whole thing was a dream! Being virgin campervan-ers, from the get go Steve was beyond helpful and even let us go over in advance to choose the van- the service was absolutely impeccable, and we got our deposit back immediately afterwards. Whilst we didn't need to as the we 0 issues when we were away, we felt 100% confident we could call Steve at any time with any concerns- a very friendly, approachable guy whose services we cannot wait to use again. We ended up doing over 1800miles and had no complaints at all- fuel was really efficient too, and we only filled up 3 times. The van itself inside was spotless, very comfortable (bed far more so than I had anticipated!) and well thought out, and we had far more amenities than we actually ended up needing- everything had been thought of. We did 4 nights of wild camping (rest of time on campsites) and had everything we needed thanks to water heater, non-electric heating and onboard shower!
