Had rib bed installed on glidemotion rails; super helpful at planning stage, with my many questions always responded to promptly and with thorough answers, thanks Chris. On the day Mark took me through all positioning options for rails and advice for me moving forward with my DIY floor. Super informed and exactly the kind of person I needed re general install advice. Super happy with install , total pro job and heavy double seat slides literally move effortlessly.. I’ve looked at loads of options for installation of seats online and some people are quoting +2000 for fitting costs, fitting was free and that made the whole thing so much more cost effective. (May have been an early inyear offer FYI). Comprehensive shop on site with staff that again gave more invaluable advice , eg advice on correct router bits for my furniture build and provision of many samples. There are so many camper build companies out there to choose from and after much research super glad I used these guys (and gals). Highly recommend.
A+++++ company. On ebay last august 2025 I bought some dimmable lights for my van conversion from you. January 2026 and have only just had chance to fit them up. 1 out of the 6 was faulty. I contacted you and quickly got a response of they will send a replacement out. Thank you so much. With this kind of service I won't go anywhere else.

Been using this company for a number of years and always found them to be brilliant for quality and value. Had cause to ring customer service over a tap and I was very impressed with their service and response. Would give them 6 out of 5 if I could. Customer for life. Just fantastic
What an absolute nightmare dealing with Clearcut Campervan Design Ltd. I’ve spent nearly £700 in just one week ordering from them via eBay and it’s been nothing but stress and disappointment. First order: Items were missing — the template to cut out the kitchen unit for the Smev wasn’t even in the box. Then I discovered the so-called upgraded tap advertised on their listing wasn’t included. When I questioned this, I was told it was “never part of the deal.” On top of that, the tap they DID send was faulty, with a short circuit in the microswitch. Second order: An Alpicool CR50X compressor fridge that looked like it had been pulled straight out of a skip. It was scratched to hell, bits hanging off it, broken feet — clearly an old, used, or refurbished unit, yet they had the nerve to claim it was brand new. And the cherry on top? Customer service. Instead of helping, they came across as combative, dismissive, and spent 20 minutes trying to GASLIGHT me into believing I was in the wrong. This company is dishonest, unprofessional, and absolutely shameless.
