My wife and myself have just recently bought a custom van from Go Explore Campers! We saw it online and were not disappointed when we went to see it! The van is stunning!! Mathew and Steve were extremely helpful from start to finish on the sale and nothing was too much bother for them. We would highly recommend them for anyone wanting a really nice Custom Van! I have owned my van from go explore a little over 6 months and wanted to wait to get some experience of the van prior to writing this review in the case that I needed to follow up with any problems encountered. Thankfully, my transition into VW T6 ownership has been completely seamless, I absolutely love the van and have had the confidence that comes with buying a van from a dealer. There have been no issues. Mark went over and above to help when I was searching for the right van, we had a lengthy call about a month before the right van came in, and when it did, Mark was on hand to guide me through the decision. After I committed to buy, Mark would not accept a deposit until he had given me comprehensive run down of the van. We had a lengthy video call where he showed me the van before it had undergone the amazing transformation that go explore offer. When I was comfortable with the vehicle, it was secured with a £500 deposit. Mark sent me daily updates and pictures with the progress of the van, gave me a choice of lots of wheels, and answered any questions promptly. He really did go the extra mile, and seeing how many vans they were selling, it did feel like the personal touch. I took the train down to Wales to collect the van, and Mark was on hand to collect me at the station. I was offered coffee and a tour of his facility upon arrival, and given full instruction on the van controls. I had a couple of questions after the sale, and Mark yet again replied to my queries instantly. The next time I am in the market for a VW Van, I won’t hesitate to get in touch with these guys. It was completely worth the 350 mile journey to collect.
Finally lock-down restrictions have allowed for me to get the van sorted with all the Leighton Vans goodies that have been gathering dust in my garage during lock-down. I'd been in constant contact with Matthew regarding booking in the van and as promised he took van in the day restrictions were lifted. Have to say the guys at Go Explore Vans & Campers have done an amazing job. Their attention to detail is unbelievable and I cannot fault the knowledge, service and quality of the work. Highly recommend these guys.
After weeks/months of looking at vans and considering all options i stumbled upon a van for sale at GoExploreCampers which suited my base van needs and my budget. I rang and spoke to Mark Jones the owner of GoExploreCampers where we had a very lengthy chat about my options and needs from the van. he was not a pushy salesman who was only looking for a sale. he listened to my ideas and views and gave me amazing advice with his knowledge as this was a big decision for me with it being my first ever purchase of a VW T5. Without even meeting Mark we agreed on a deal that suited my needs and budget. A few days later i arranged to view the van and it was exactly as he had described over the phone, we discussed my options, did i want opening windows fitted, colour of carpet, where i wanted electrics fitted,pop-to roof etc etc. i was told it would take 4 days for the conversion to take place and true to his word four days later i was picking up my converted T5. I found Mark to be a true, honest, Knowledgeable gent who was a real pleasure to deal with. Going out of his way to pick me up from the station when i arrived to running me to the bank in a rush before it closed as Barclays were being a pain regarding online payments. I highly recommend Mark Jones and GoExploreCampers who prepared my van to a exceptional high standard. . I have recently been out in the van locally to test the van before we go on our big adventures camping and travelling in the UK and Europe and everthing worked fantastically well.
