Ordered a beautifully finished T6 with lowered suspension, carpeted inside, brand new 20 inch alloys, remapped etc from Mathew. From the moment he picked up the phone - right through to delivery of the van and aftercare follow up - Go Explore's customer service and product was perfect. Mathew took time to deliver the van, explain all the paper-work and follow up with any of my questions. Nothing was too much trouble. Finally lock-down restrictions have allowed for me to get the van sorted with all the Leighton Vans goodies that have been gathering dust in my garage during lock-down. I'd been in constant contact with Matthew regarding booking in the van and as promised he took van in the day restrictions were lifted. Have to say the guys at Go Explore Vans & Campers have done an amazing job. Their attention to detail is unbelievable and I cannot fault the knowledge, service and quality of the work. After weeks/months of looking at vans and considering all options i stumbled upon a van for sale at GoExploreCampers which suited my base van needs and my budget. I rang and spoke to Mark Jones the owner of GoExploreCampers where we had a very lengthy chat about my options and needs from the van. he was not a pushy salesman who was only looking for a sale. he listened to my ideas and views and gave me amazing advice with his knowledge as this was a big decision for me with it being my first ever purchase of a VW T5. Without even meeting Mark we agreed on a deal that suited my needs and budget. A few days later i arranged to view the van and it was exactly as he had described over the phone, we discussed my options, did i want opening windows fitted, colour of carpet, where i wanted electrics fitted,pop-to roof etc etc. i was told it would take 4 days for the conversion to take place and true to his word four days later i was picking up my converted T5. I found Mark to be a true, honest, Knowledgeable gent who was a real pleasure to deal with. Going out of his way to pick me up from the station when i arrived to running me to the bank in a rush before it closed as Barclays were being a pain regarding online payments. I highly recommend Mark Jones and GoExploreCampers who prepared my van to a exceptional high standard. . I have recently been out in the van locally to test the van before we go on our big adventures camping and travelling in the UK and Europe and everthing worked fantastically well.
