We bought our car from John Grose because they were nearby. We hoped it would be the start of a long relationship with them. So far, 10 months, all our experiences with them have been first class. From the first time we stepped into the showroom the staff made us feel more than welcome. We initially came to look at, and possibly buy, a Sportage but after viewing and test driving the electric range from both Ford and Kia we opted for the EV5. Matt (Sales) guided us through the process from our initial visit to the car collection day and we cannot praise him enough. He kept us informed via phone calls and emails and always returned our calls promptly if he was unavailable. He has also made himself available to assist us if we ever need help with the car.

Dave Lister was the sales man, and from the very first enquiry he was brilliant, kept me up to date throughout, even on his day off, very smooth process, and I felt nothing was too much, I felt very important! Dave went above and beyond to ensure my experience was positive. I’m really pleased with my new car, it’s immaculate and he even filled up the fuel tank! Will definitely recommend! 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Great experience at John Grose.The vehicle we were interested in was in the showroom. Sam Honeywood took us through the purchase details and we took delivery within 5 days of our initial visit when Sam gave a comprehensive explanation of the vehicles controls. After getting home we realised the number plate had an incorrect letter and after an email new plates were delivered and fitted the next day. So far we are very happy with our EV3.
