An excellent experience from start to finish. Communications regarding delivery of the car to John Grose were exemplary. Alex kept me informed from start to finish, making the buying process stress free. When I took the train to Lowestoft to collect my car, the weather was awful and Sam, standing in for Alex, was kind enough to pick up my wife and I from the railway station and drive us to the showroom. From there, paperwork was completed quickly and I was shown the car's operating system to get me on my way back to London.

Great experience at John Grose.The vehicle we were interested in was in the showroom. Sam Honeywood took us through the purchase details and we took delivery within 5 days of our initial visit when Sam gave a comprehensive explanation of the vehicles controls.
