They are excellent in what they do and take time to explain everything to you in layman’s terms if required. all the work that is done on my camper-van is done with the highest of standards of workmanship. Skilled and informative workmanship, Great value, and a real pleasure to deal with I called in for assistance and advice for some underbody panel damage and a malfunctioning diesel heater on our T6 which had been caused by some road flooding en route to Glasgow from our home on Skye. Callum was awesome, he and his team managed to get my van in on the spot and did the repair work whilst I waited! World class service. The repair was done to a very high standard and beyond expectations (preventing long delays and higher additional expense by ordering new parts!). I came to Northview Customs after my old Diesel Heater fitted by another company had stopped working. Unfortunately they’d installed it under the campervan without a guard to protect from water damage and the electrics were goosed. Calum and his team were fantastic and not only fitted me a new Autoterm 4KW heater, but managed to work around a more complicated situation than was standard. I have a small drying cupboard that I’d had the hot air ducting divert to allow me to dry wet gear. It meant a more complicated fitting, but the lads got to it and made it work for me. On top of all that, they’re a lovely bunch and said if I ever had any issues (not that they’d expect any), just to give them a call. That’s what I call good customer service! Thanks guys - I’ll definitely recommend you to all my mates who own or are building campervans! Robbie
