Drivers are helpful and informative, office got back to my inquiries within hours when business days were advertised - Buses function fine, rarely affected by technical issues. Personal favourite is DE431.
Left my laptop on their bus. Called the depot and got through instantly and spoke to their lost property chap in seconds. Reported the loss but didn't even know which bus number it was, but he was still able to locate the driver and make contact, and the driver diligently secured the laptop. They then advised me where to stand to catch the bus on it's way back in the route, and I had it back with me within 15 minutes. Absolutely biblical service 6/5.
A universal issue with public transport I guess, but no way to let you know if your bus is delayed or even coming at all. Especially difficult if it's a school bus and only one is scheduled to run.

First time here. The food was absolutely fantastic! Fast service and every staff member is kind, welcoming and helpful. I want to give a big shoutout to the girl behind the bar, I sadly didn’t get her name she was blonde with a high ponytail. She was patient, friendly and approachable which helps have a more comfortable feeling in a new place and eases the anxiety. Me and my partner will definitely be back.
