Excellent service with great communication & a high standard of work
Sterling conversions look amazing but don’t last. Also don’t expect any help from Sterling after the warranty… I got a brand new Sterling Ford Ranger at the start of 2022, within 6 months the wheel arch body kit snapped off. Sterling took it back and fixed it, but then I had to send it back for the exact same fault a month later, got fixed again but that was over 1000 miles added onto my new truck to get it fixed…now 3 years on and all the body kit wheel arches are coming away (the same fault as they originally fixed twice but now it’s all arches). Once the body kit is glued onto the truck I’d never expect it to coming away but it’s failed now 3 times in 3 years. The Mustang headlights led indicators also started failing about a year ago. Sterling said because I’m out of warranty it’ll be £700 to replace them. You wouldn’t expect much if it’s cheap and nasty kit but this is apparently luxury…I can’t believe this level of ‘luxury’ is designed to last less than 2 years. The kit looks great but my experience has led me to believe it’s nothing but cheap kit sold as luxury. Avoid at all costs.
