Belated review. Picked our van up a few months ago. Absolutely beautiful. Didn’t know there was such a thing as a u shaped conversion. Picked our bright orange van from there stock. Unsure about having a rear window put in as they advised, but glad we went with it.They ran us through all the options. Russ designed the lovely furniture. Lewis the workshop manager plumbed in water,gas and electrics. Sergei lined the van and Lee the mechanical technician serviced it and replaced anything that needed replacing and fitted the diesel heater. Charley Lee and Lewis kept us updated on progress. There were a few niggles only to be expected with a new build ( some of which was my own fault) and these were rectified instantly with no quibbles. Went back a few weeks ago and they fitted solar so we can hook up on site or go off grid. Amazing camper van. Thanks to all. Would recommend. Happy Christmas.
Brilliant experience with Charlie at Thames Valley who installed an awning for us on our T4. We took it to France the week after and it handled high winds and lots of rain with ease and kept us dry! Highly recommend the TuffTrek brand and Charlie's work! Lovely garage and we will definitely return.

Installing a ceiling and fabricating a new solid floor with wipe clean surface, Service has been impeccable, Communication throughout the process and delivered bang on time ready to get back to work. Well, what an absolutely amazing find. I had a blank canvas of a van that I had bought, but as I had been doing the campervan thing for a few years, I knew what I wanted. Note or less. I did a drawing and submitted it to Charlie, who then submitted it to one of his suppliers, and they said that they had a similar layout. Then Charlie and the team started on the project. The communication was first class, and the workmanship was second to none. I was using the electrics and heating from another vehicle too, and it was all about the timing, as I live abroad. Mission accomplished, and what a superb job done. Thank you so much to the whole team. I know where I'll be sending everyone who will listen to me. Thank you for the whole experience.
