Could not recommend enough! What an amazing experience my family and I had in the Crafter campervan. Right from the initial booking stage, Jon and Amy were amazing - answering all my questions. The pick up was seamless and Jon briefed us on how to operate everything in the van which is all done to an extremely high standard, given we had our 4 month old baby, really put us at ease. The service is second to none and we will 100% return!
I rented the white VW Transporter for a week in June 2026, the van was in excellent condition and extremely well equipped (comes equipped with sink, two gas hobs, ellectric kettle, fridge, microwave, pots and pans, cutlery and chopping board, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, washing up equipment, etc etc...). The only thing you need to bring is bedding / sleeping bags. Jon and Amy were very prompt and helpful with responding to any questions. I had a 20min demo of the van and how to use the camper features on pickup, which was very useful and that's all you need to get started. I was asked to pay a security bond in advance of rental, this was returned to me by bank transfer very quickly, on the evening after I returned the van. In short I would recommend this business for a campervan rental, very professional service

Jon and Amy were very helpful, Jon explained and demonstrated all the workings before we left and said any probs to just ring him, will defo hire again (we did take our chairs but no need as they were also included) every cupboard was full of all your camping essentials thanks again Jan & Roy

Great experience from the guys at Valley Campers. My wife had hired a camper for a long weekend trip for us, it was in perfect condition, they explained all the features before we left and were amazing on all communication leading up to handing over the keys. Upon return of the vehicle, we had everything sorted and the hand over back was seamless. Will definitely be looking to use again!
We had a great experience hiring and travelling in this camper van mid November 2025. It was our first time “camper” having plans to build our own and very last minute! Storm Claudia weather forecasts nearly put us off (which John was happy to accommodate and refund or defer) but we went ahead knowing we had a good site booked and are so glad we did. The van is equipped with everything you need and we had a comfortable stay with our 3 spaniels who loved it too. Jon and Amy are friendly and very helpful, answering any queries and showing you around the van on pickup. Highly recommended.
