Fantastic service and aftercare from Westdubs! Had the pop top supplied and installed by Westdubs in March 2020 and it’s been faultless. I was considering installing myself but I’m glad Westdubs completed it for me. Their service is perfect and work is professional. The Westdubs team are great, really caring and I couldn’t believe how quickly they completed it. By the time I drove to Malvern and had a short walk, I received the call to say it was done! Went for the scenic opening and use it all the time, specially when it’s hot or there’s a good view to enjoy it fully. Only thing I didn’t realise was that although I ordered black carpet, the actual fibreglass was carpeted black, whilst the plywood bed was carpeted grey. Not a problem, just to note as this may be a separate request. I’m really pleased it’s lasted so well as I use the van daily and for regular camping trips. I can see why professional camper conversion companies use Westdubs.

The service, customer care and quality of the work is absolutely first class and we are over the moon with the job they have done. Brilliant and very friendly staff and can’t recommend them highly enough. The pop top looks fantastic. Thank you everyone at Westdubs.
A friend recommended Westdubs to me after getting his T6.1 popped. I have to say from the first enquiry with them the whole experience was just so professional and easy (even after waking at 3am wondering why i'm getting a hole cut in a perfectly waterproofed van) no regrets at all its super easy to use, no wind noise or squeaks. I highly recommend these guys and gals AND they use proppa Yorkshire tea!!!! Oh and the VW Up courtesy car rounds it all off perfectly.

I can’t believe how efficient these guys are! They got every they needed at the time of booking, catered to all my requests. Turned up on the day, parked picked up the courtesy car and was told to come back at 1:30 in the afternoon. When I turned up, the van was ready. I got an excellent demonstration. A care pack and a little gift bag I can’t speak more highly of the whole experience. These guys really know what they’re doing. They really know their stuff and they really know their product.
Didn’t think amazing customer service like this existed anymore. On a road trip in our VW T6.1 camper and our pop-top bed-board anchor hinges ripped out the rivets from the bulkhead and was detached and unusable. It is a WestDubs pop-top As chance would have it, we were hundreds of miles away from home, but were camped only 30 miles from WestDubs in Suckley and emailed them that evening. Nora replied immediately and said drop it in in the morning. Not only did the lads fix it while we waited, they replaced the pull down straps and side straps too. So friendly too. We were blown away by this level of customer service and efficiency. They couldn’t have been more helpful and the job done was excellent. I cannot recommend WestDubs highly enough. 5 stars
