We recently picked up our Woodstock Campers Transporter T7 campervan, which we originally ordered at the end of August, and we honestly couldn’t be happier. The entire experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From the outset, the ordering process was incredibly straightforward. Harry was brilliant—patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful in guiding us through all the options so we could choose exactly what we wanted. He was also completely honest about the build timeline, which we really appreciated. In the months after placing the order, we inevitably decided to make a few changes and add some optional extras. Craig was fantastic throughout this stage. He offered great advice, answered every question we had, and kept us fully updated on costs so there were no surprises. His attention to detail and willingness to help made the whole process stress‑free. Handover day didn’t go as planned on our end—we had unexpected logistical issues getting to Woodstock Campers. Just when we thought we might have to reschedule, both Harry and Craig kindly offered to stay as late as needed to make sure we could still collect our van that day. They absolutely didn’t have to do that, but it speaks volumes about the pride they take in providing outstanding customer care. We’re incredibly grateful. The handover itself was excellent. As complete newbies, having Harry and Craig talk us through everything in detail was invaluable and gave us total confidence driving away. Once we got the van home and had a proper look through it, the workmanship truly shone. The build quality is exceptional—from the materials used to the finish on every detail. The added equipment (awnings, electrics, pop‑top, and more) is all top-tier, making it clear that Woodstock never cut corners. It’s easy to see why they were so deservedly awarded Campervan Converters of the Year 2026—our van is living proof of the craftsmanship and care that earned them that recognition. A huge thank you to Harry, Craig, and the whole Woodstock Campers team for creating the van of our dreams. Big thank you to Harry and his workforce @woodstockcampavans for sorting the couple of issues with my van today . All done foc under their quality 3year warranty. I have 20 days left and am the 2nd owner , so not the original owner but they still uphold the warranty. I arrived at 9.30 having travelled from Suffolk and all sorted and parts replaced by 11.30 .
