For our very first time campervanning I came across Steve at BCH who has been great, giving excellent customer service and patience explaining everything during the booking and when I collected the Weinsburg campervan. It suited us well comes complete with everything you need to go exploring, making our trip to the Lakes enjoyable and our cockapoo also had a great time. Steve was happy to accommodate some drop off flexibility, and after a short checkover Steve transferred the full deposit while I was with him - great service! We will definitely look to book again with BCH!

We hired a camper from Steve & Hayley recently we were helped to feel at ease with the workings of the van and “essential “duties were assigned to me - servicing the loo was a piece of cake- almost ! Nothing was too much trouble, Steve was patient when explaining things to us, the van performed perfectly. we had a lovely holiday in Wales thank you . Looking forward to next time !
I'm not sure where to start with how happy we were- still our- with our experience from BCH! We're hired a campervan to take us from Berkshire to the Outer Hebrides in April and honestly, the whole thing was a dream! Being virgin campervan-ers, from the get go Steve was beyond helpful and even let us go over in advance to choose the van- the service was absolutely impeccable, and we got our deposit back immediately afterwards. Whilst we didn't need to as the we 0 issues when we were away, we felt 100% confident we could call Steve at any time with any concerns- a very friendly, approachable guy whose services we cannot wait to use again. We ended up doing over 1800miles and had no complaints at all- fuel was really efficient too, and we only filled up 3 times. The van itself inside was spotless, very comfortable (bed far more so than I had anticipated!) and well thought out, and we had far more amenities than we actually ended up needing- everything had been thought of. We did 4 nights of wild camping (rest of time on campsites) and had everything we needed thanks to water heater, non-electric heating and onboard shower!
