We are so happy with our experience of buying a van from Camper World. Dave and Jen took time to understand what we wanted and offered excellent advice, which made the whole process straightforward - their focus on us as customers was exceptional. We wanted a van to take us up to Scandinavia without being reliant on sites, and their Trek Edition is perfect for this. The van is amazing - an excellent base vehicle, high spec additions (inside (solid wood work surface) and out (Navis Dura-AT wheels)), and it is clear the level of craftsmanship that has gone into the conversion is beyond the standard. We have spent months looking online to find the perfect van for us. With a list of wishes and wants that was almost impossible to fulfil we were almost out of ideas. Then we saw Camper World online…. Not only are Dave and Jen absolutely passionate about their product, but their customer service is second to none. Roxie is now our pride any joy. Sometimes you meet people who have a life changing impact on your life and this is so with Dave and Jen. The craftsmanship on the van is exceptional and they have thought of everything. The attention to detail is superb. And the whole experience was a joy. We would like to highly recommend this lovely family business to everyone. A massive thank you to Dave, Jen and the Camperworld Team for our newly converted campervan. We had looked elsewhere but as soon as we visited camperworld and saw the quality of their craftsmanship we knew we wanted to go with them. As we have a small baby, we wanted to purchase a van with a rail bed system but none of the ones we found had this installed. Dave and Jen sourced us a van and we went down the custom conversion route meaning we could choose elements of the design and functionality of the van. To say we are thrilled with the result would be an understatement. It is absolutely perfect for us as a family, exactly what we were looking for. We were kept in the loop throughout the process with pictures, messages etc. camperworld are friendly but professional, extremely helpful and amazing at what they do, their customer service is second to none and we would recommend them to anyone! Thanks again, can’t wait for the adventures to start!
