I can’t thank Ben and the team enough, they managed to squeeze my van in at very short notice after it broke down, and they kept me informed throughout the extensive works it required due to lack of previous servicing. Their pricing is very competitive and the whole team made me feel very welcome. I will be using them a lot more in the future for all my vehicle needs. We received excellent help and advice from the team at Expedition Campers leading up to the purchase of our Camper. In particular from James who helped 2 newbies to camper life answering all our questions and giving some great advice. The camper is excellent, great spec and quality. A small issue with the leisure battery ahead of our first trip was very quickly resolved and we will have no hesitation using Expedition Campers services in the future.

Like most of the other reviews I can’t recommend Pete & Ben and Expedition Campers highly enough. Having booked a T6 Camper Van independently at the end of September 20, for a long weekend, a friend recommended Expedition Campers as a starting point if we had any interest in buying one. The day before going away, I phoned Expedition Campers and arranged to view a couple of vehicles in the midst of the pandemic. It was the first time they had had any new builds available. Pete gave us a great understanding of the vehicles and the Camper King quality, resulting in us really thinking hard about buying one, there & then. After 24 hours and in the hire Camper, I rang Pete to enquire - sorry both the new ones are sold and the 3rd a new conversion on 2nd hand T6 was being viewed later. I was even offered the option of placing a deposit and the viewing would be cancelled - as we’d shown an interest in that particular vehicle. 12 hours later - you snooze, you lose! All sold - no options as I just wasn’t brave enough to put down a non returnable deposit. Within days Pete found another, this time a T6 DSG, likely to become available. No hesitation this time - we went for it, subject to inspection. ‘Boris’ was delivered by Ben on the last day before the full lockdown in November - crazy times. From thereon in, we had a few problems, all of which were sorted by Ben without any issues whatsoever. This is where Expedition Campers and their integrity shine! Ben’s knowledge of the vans and the conversion saw off VW with an electrical issue and then a starting issue. Both fully resolved by VW (Cordwallis) exceptionally well - once given a firm steer. This included Ben willing to take the cost if the issue was down to the conversion - it wasn’t. All in all, any thoughts of buying a Camper Van, I’d highly recommend Expedition Campers as a starting point and hopefully you’ll not need to look any further. Exceptional customer service by people who know their product. Now finally making use of it some months later - due to obvious reasons. Many years of fun to follow.
