Purchased a Swift Bolero 714 from Elliot at Choose Leisure Canterbury, was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The entire dealership experience was professional, relaxed, and entirely stress-free. Elliot was fantastic during the initial sales process, offering a friendly, zero-pressure environment and taking the time to understand exactly what we needed. On the day collecting our motorhome, Dawn conducted an incredibly thorough, patient, and comprehensive handover. She walked me through every single feature of the motorhome, making sure I felt completely confident before driving away.As for the Swift Bolero 714, or "Marty" named by our Grand daughter it's a giraffe apparently 😁.. I was very impressed, the Preparation was First class, gleaming.. A Big thank you to Elliott, Dawn and all the back room staff.
The cheerful staff were there when needed but let us look around at our leisure; 4 hours! There are new motorhomes from British and European manufacturers. A selection of quality used motorhomes are also on display. There is an excellent self-service refreshment area. I spoke to a couple who bring their motorhome from Surrey for servicing and MOTs because of the excellent service over the past 7 years. I would definitely buy from Choose, and I will start using them for servicing.
Excellent service from a knowledgeable team. From initial enquiry to collection and beyond, we were looked after all the way. Very flexible with our needs (disabled customer) and nothing was too much trouble. Jack took care of the sales side and Dawn did our handover (with patience and a great sense of humour). All round great experience, and highly recommended.
