Sold a camper on behalf of my parents. Can’t speak highly enough of this company. Our initial enquiry was through Vicky and then Steve. They showed immense patience as my parents changed their mind several times. Eventually through Carl we delivered the van and got a quick sale. The integrity to make sure we had our money before they released the vehicle was tested when the faster payment system with my bank went down. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Professional and trustworthy.

Fantastic experience selling our VW Campervan. The service provided by the team was excellent, very quickly got some photos online of the campervan and then added more and a video as soon as the weather improved to get pictures outside. Sold within 2 weeks of having it and the price we had agreed. They dealt with everything and the money was paid into our account as soon as the new buyer had paid the full amount. Very pleased with the camper itself and the whole process from the viewing to payment was straightforward. But we were disappointed with the handover and after sales. During handover we feel the time wasn't taken to show us properly how everything worked, we were not shown how the pop top worked as the spare seats were in the van and the impression was it was too much hassle to just take them out so we could be shown. We havent received any calls since we purchased as a courtesy call to see if everything is ok (would be a nice touch after spending £31,000).
Although we ended up buying a motorhome elsewhere, only because it ticked a few more boxes for us, we found the whole experience of communicating and viewing with Complete Campers Southwest excellent. Josh was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and no hard sell. We were sorry not to be able to put business their way this time. We would highly recommended them.
