We were impressed by their knowledge of the VW camper vans, Julian went through all the options possible within our price range, all brand-new components. They deserve 5 stars for the sale process and after sales. It is a family run business and very friendly always willing to help and give good advice. Most of the vans are modified on site with quality parts. We have just completed a 1600 mile road trip including the NC 500 without any issues, a testimonial to their dedication, quality, professional and thorough checks before releasing their converted vans. Brilliant company to deal with, bought my camper in April 25 they couldn’t do enough for me to help with the purchase (quite a big purchase so understandably a bit nervous to part ways with so much money 🤣) any issues I needed rectifying it was no problem, very knowledgable and a great couple to deal with. The after sale service again 5 star, always happy to see us if we pop in for a chat and again very helpful when taking the van in for issues/service. We feel very lucky to have found Coupes and Convertibles, Nikki and Julian have been absolutely amazing! We found our dream campervan and I fell in love with it. We were using a pension pay out to fund the van but the Civil Service Pensions staff went out on strike during the process. I was so worried we would lose the van but they let us put a deposit down and held the van for us whilst we waited. From start to finish the whole experience has been 5 star. When looking at the different vans Nikki spent lots of time with us showing us the different aspects in each van but never any pressure sales just knowledgeable friendly information giving. Nikki has also been on hand after the sale offering help and support, including an issue with a seat belt sensor, but this was no problem, they took the van in and sorted it out in no time.
