Picked up our T6.1 yesterday from Andrew and Jordan. Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. They went above and beyond what they needed to do. Purchased a ‘New 2025 Transporter T7’ from ‘All Seasons’, which was a very good experience from start to finish. Thanks to Jordan, Andrew and everyone involved we now have a camper that we are thoroughly enjoying.
Bought my swb 67 plate transporter camper from these in 2022. The van came with 5 years conversion warranty. When I first got the van I had a light come on the dash that was due too a faulty sensor. I contacted them and they agreed to take the van back in to have a new sensor fitted. Then a while later I had an internal handle break. I contacted them again about this and they sent me out a new handle. Recently I’ve had a couple more handles break. I contacted them via phone. They said somebody will be in touch. Nobody ever rang back. I then managed to contact them by email. To be told they no longer fit handles to there internal cupboards. But would try and source some. I’ve since emailed them to see if they had sourced some. I’ve had no reply. I contacted them again a further 2 times. And still no response. The van is still under warranty but seems that now they no longer wish to honor that. And blatantly ignore your emails. I would even buy them myself if I knew where to buy them from.

An excellent experience from start to finish from the whole team at All Seasons Leisure, starting with an in-depth conversation on the phone with Hugh at Kilmarnock who arranged to get our chosen van taken to Newcastle (more convenient for us living in Yorkshire), with the option of having it delivered to our door had we wanted. Communication from Andrew and his team was also excellent and we are delighted with our 2021 T6.1. The standard of the conversion is superb, and the long warranty gives peace of mind. There were a few initial very minor niggles, but these were sorted quickly and with no fuss (Billy coming to collect the van and leaving us a courtesy car), and again with excellent communication throughout. Before buying, we’d spent months researching different conversion companies. Having the reassurance of high-quality after-sales care was as important to us as the van itself, and it was clear from other reviews that All Seasons has the reputation, expertise and attention to detail that we were looking for. We have absolutely no regrets with our choice, and wouldn’t hesitate to use All Seasons again if we’re ever in the market for another VW campervan.
