Went looking at one of the owners personal vans i except it was a 25 year old van but did a 6 hour round trip for nothing, van advertised as serviced which it wasn't it wasn't running right the exhaust was blowing there was alot of fixtures missing the list was endless was left feeling disappointed with no apology from Peter he was quite ignorant and arrogant about the van!!!!!
Awful customer service. The chap did all but yawn. I wouldn't have any faith in their aftercare, but luckily i didn't get that far.
Excellent firm. Excellent vans at an unbelievable price… and of course there is Jeff Toshack cafe down the road is great and completes the experience.
I purchased a pre-owned Devon Monte Carlo in May 23 from an independent dealership. When we viewed the van the rear passenger seatbelt wouldn’t recoil so the dealership fitted a new one. Unfortunately it was far too short making the seat unusable. I contacted Jeff who very kindly sourced a new one for me which I collected yesterday. He couldn’t be more helpful and even fitted it for me. So a big shout out to Jeff and the 2 young fitters that helped me 😊 PS absolutely love my Devon, highly recommended.

Bought Aztec XL Feb 2023. 9 screws not fitted to storage lid. Screws in sliding door blinds too short. Fitted longer ones. Three corner sections of blinds fell off. Company not interested in poor quality of workmanship.
