I can't recommend Landseer Leisure enough. I recently had a full conversion on a Transit Custom done by them, and all I can say is that it's AMAZING!!!! The best conversion I've seen, by a long way.
Absolute top drawer. Took delivery of the van yesterday and we are over the moon with it. The build quality is beyond compare. These guys invite you to visit them on site. So glad we took them up on the offer. Real crafts people. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

We are delighted with our Ford Transit conversion now christened Veronica (having just returned from Verona) this was ‘Vs first overseas tour in France Switzerland and Italy!! Owned my Landseer Campervan for 18 months and absolutely love the design and quality of this van conversion. Recently had a solar panel fail and the team at Landseer removed it and refitted a new one, covering all costs and not a scratch on the van. Would definitely recommend Landseer due to high quality conversion and their willingness to repair and put right any equipment issues.

I cant speak highly enough about Landseer - from the service throughout to the campervan itself. Tom and his team have produced a wonderful campervan that is the height of luxury, Everything has been thought about and the quality of the build and the little touches are second to none. We looked around for months for a van that meets our needs but this one fulfilled all our must haves and more. Tom himself has offered us excellent service, from the personal handover, answering all our inane questions post sale at stupid times and checking up to see how its all going. He truly cares about his product and this shows. If you are looking for a Campervan I cant recommend Landseer enough.
We saw the new Landseer Transit Custom at the NEC an amazing campervan Tom showed us how things worked and explained the move to electric only for the camper conversion. We then spent the day looking at everything else in the show and nothing came close to the Landseer so we returned and struck a deal. We now have collected the camper and are looking forward to enjoying it. First weekend away in December.
We have now owned our Landseer Ford Custom 170 campervan for just over 18 months so feel we have had enough time to evaluate the vehicle and provide review based on 12000 miles of touring and multiple trips to all parts of the uk. We spent some considerable time looking at different variants of motorhomes and came to the conclusion that that we needed a campervan to enable us to easily travel all the little by ways of Britain without the size problems that motorhomes bring with them. The obvious choice became a VW camper, until we saw Landseer at a show. We met Tom from Landseer and quickly became convinced that here was the ideal vehicle, the Transit is larger than the VW, making quite a difference to the living area but still campervan size. The build quality is first class, the layout carefully designed, and whilst a campervan will always be a bit of a compromise with space, every time we see other varients on campsites, we are always convinced we have the right vehicle. The Transit is also a pleasure to drive. One point which does need stating is the service we have received from Landseer. We had a couple of minor warranty issues, Tom and his teem at Landseer could not have been more helpful and accommodating in quickly and cheerfully making sure that everything was quickly rectified. The vehicle was purchased through a local dealer, and when a problem arose with a third party piece of equipment, Landseer were quick to get it back to their works and fix the problem. The point here is that the agent from the dealer said that with every other manufactures they dealt with, not one would have provided the same level of service, saying that the dealer would have been told to ‘fix it yourself’. The whole team at Landseer are dedicated in providing a first class campervan, offering first class service. If you are considering a campervan, this is definitely one to check out.
We took delivery of our SWB Transit Custom camper van from Landseer Leisure in July 2022 and have since travelled across Europe and the UK, putting the van and conversion through its paces. We were originally very impressed with the quality of the conversion and after almost 2 years of use, we remain extremely impressed by the way everything has stood up to the test of time and almost continual use. The quality of Landseer Leisure's conversion is in my opinion second to none. The fixtures and fittings used are all the very best available on the market and no expense is spared. It is also very clear that everyone who works at Landseer take great pride in their work and are highly skilled in their individual specialities. Tom, Landseer's MD has been super helpful from our first contact and visit to check out the company and the build quality, as have all the staff we have come into contact with at Landseer. We have very recently experienced an equipment failure (Thule electric step) so I telephoned Tom who arranged for me to bring the camper van in so they could take a look. It turned out to be a faulty step, so they replaced the faulty one with a brand new step no questions asked. I arrived at their workshop at 8am and was on my way back home by 9:30am. The 2 guys (Sean & Kevin) were brilliant and deserve a special mention. This is what I call "Excellent" customer service!!! My sincere thanks to Tom for sorting this issue out so quickly before our upcoming trip and to Sean and Kevin for replacing the step. Landseer Leisure are a truly excellent company offering a personal touch with friendly professionalism. I can't recommend this company highly enough and their product is one of the very best I have come across. After hearing about Landseer, I took a look - I thought their design and finish was way above any others I’d seem. After more desktop research, I ordered a H1 L1 Custom conversion. Tom at Landseer was incredibly helpful and patient with my many requests regarding finish and options. I collected my vehicle from Landseer as was convenient. Was great to see the manufacturing site. Tom again was on hand to take me through everything. When I’ve had any query since, Tom has been on the end of the phone. Can’t recommend enough.
