I decided to purchase a custom van from this company after reading their reviews and giving them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, it was a complete waste of time. I viewed four different vehicles, and every single one had noticeable issues. Despite this, all were advertised as “perfect running” with “no faults,” which is simply untrue. The descriptions are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the vehicles. None of the vans matched the photos shown online. The images appear to be outdated or edited, and they do not represent what you will see in person. The quality is far below what is advertised, and the prices are completely unjustified. I strongly advise others to avoid this business. Save your money and go somewhere honest and transparent. Based on my experience, this company cannot be trusted.

I honestly won't be using Vanstation again. The van I was buying arrived on my drive, the delivery driver started it up and the key snapped in the ignition but then when unloaded, oil was leaking from the engine all over my driveway which will have to be cleaned up adding to the money lost on this van. I phoned up explain the situation and said that a full refund would still leave me out of pocket and that someone still has to pay to get this mess cleaned up to which they refused. Stick to auto trader or a proper garage!
This company are still trading on eBay ..be careful if like me you paid by card over the phone you lose all protection from eBay and they won't refund your money ...their 100% rating is untrue Update on my review..my bank finally got my money back from we buy broken vans...they started a technical dispute for fraudulent use of my card ..I've not heard a single word from this company since they took my money and ran ...I was one of the lucky ones with a good bank ..but you might not be so lucky ..others have contacted me in the same position ...and their banks being unhelpful ..please don't hand over any money or make bank transfers until you are 100% happy ... you'll have the devils own job to get it back...or any response from them if anything goes wrong ..I can't stress it enough. . the van is still parked in the car park and it's still registered to them ...I have the V5 ..so I'm going to scrap it ..it's beyond repair. I have bought a vehicle that turns out to be a pile if rubbish and cannot be driven....The video and photos shown says a good clean camper van inside and out body and interior very good condition ,well looked after starts and runs well ..everything about it was good , it was delivered and the outside was dreadful state rust hole that didn't show on video rust spots all down one side all the underneath components are rusted solid. broken number plate that didn't show up ...there are wires hanging out under the front and a headlight hanging off full if water moss growing out the wheel trim ..the inside was full of thick mud and dirt ..a torn seat the doors marked some kind of steering wheel thing that us fill if holes. The consul in the middle is just resting there it's broken and doesn't fit It looks like it came from a building site...even the tyres showed it had been bogged in mud and they are split ..from standing Rust spots all over that didn't show in video or photos. The driver had to jump start it said it had stood too long but would be fine ..i .left it running an hour after he left...turned it off now it won't start ..either needs new batteries as there's 2 a starter motor or alternator .. don't buy unseen ..these vehicles have been sat around or used a long time after the videos are made because what I bought is nothing like the video or the photos don't make the same mistake i did ....this vehicle has done 300 miles ( not kilometres as stated) in 5 years .I have contacted Vanstation.trade and they have not replied. I urge you to go look at the vehicle you intend to buy do not believe the video in my case this was blatant false advertising . The vehicle is not fit for purpose ..I have now contacted eBay as he did the deal outside of eBay without my knowledge removing the protection I had. I am also contacting the motor ombudsman in the hope he can get my money back. .Update on my review ..I paid for this rubbish in April ..it's now June ..my bank are still trying to get my money back ...the company have never replied to any letters texts emails etc. .the vehicle was never signed over to me ..so although they took my money they never put it in my name it stands in the car park and the council have noted it as an abandoned vehicle ..it is still listed on eBay I was told to complete the purchase as another offer has been made on it. .I informed eBay what happened ..this company is not accredited to the ombudsman ..so he has advised me to take this to court. ...vanstation advertise the vehicles. .when you pay the money goes to a company called "we buy broken vans " after seeing what arrived here that is a very good title for them .. I urge everyone please don't buy unless you check it out ..if you see an ad on eBay complete the purchase with eBay ..unlike me who paid and lost their protection of ever getting my money back from them I had no idea that we were no longer on the eBay platform ..I lost a lot of money ..I would hate for anyone else to lose money with these scammers. . they do not deserve the 1 star I gave ....given the chance it would be minus 10 stars.
