Great service from Matthew from our first visit to vehicle handover. First class attention to detail and advice and a real feel for pride in the product and ongoing care. Camper van came with spare bulbs, fuses and a comprehensive folder containing all of the fitment manuals and instructions. We would not hesitate to recommend the Matthew and his team to friends and family and others as MAL VW will be our first stop for future upgrades and servicing as he has a vast technical knowledge of the vehicle and associated products.
From my first contact with Matthew at MalVW I knew I had met the team I wanted to deal with. Product knowledge was spot on, and enabled me to make the many important decisions for buying my base van. Top spec van purchased through Mal, and talking conversion with people with a keen eye for detail and “do it right” attitude. Head to head with Matthew gave me the elbow room to put my own ideas over and be guided by his wealth of experience. Fitting out was done in two stages and each time they came in on schedule, clear and concise handover each time. On collection they made sure that we fully understood how everything worked which saved us having any difficulties out in the wild!
