"I cannot begin to express my absolute praise for MTG. My campervan required a Class 7 MOT and following some concerns with my usual Testing Station I decided to give MTG a go. I am so glad I did. The booking process was easy and completed by a couple of short emails. The wonderful Lucy met me on arrival, making me feel at home in the wonderful facilities. I felt as though I was waiting in a 5 Star Hotel foyer. Lucy herself is extremely knowledgeable, which is reassuring, and very friendly. I felt completely ease as I waited. After just under an hour , Josh returned my vehicle confirming a Pass and another years travels! He then went on to detail the test findings and was most interested in the report from the recent Service which detailed £1,600 worth of immediately necessary work. Josh went through line by line stating the complete inaccuracy and confirming what I already suspected about the change in management at my previous Testing Station. With an upcoming trip around the NC500, and realising that my front pads were thinning (though sufficient for a pass), I immediately booked in for new pads and brake fluid change. We have other vehicles, including a 68 year old classic car, I am completely confident in MTG’s service and happy that they have found another satisfied customer. The coffee and wi-fi is great too!

Once again great service from Marks. Lucy was lovely as always, the mechanics team efficient and finished my service in a timely fashion. I took up the hospitality offered and had a cappuccino with biscuits while I waited for the service to be completed. I would recommend Marks 100%.
Such good service from start to finish. Staff are so helpful . Have recently had a very bad service from a branded garage on another vehicle. Would highly recommend! It’s so nice to feel welcomed and very at home when you walk into a relaxed and professional quality environment. The last time I was at Marks Transport was when it was the old unit at the front of five mile.
