I have been using Marks for well over 7 years now and have always been extremely happy with the service they provide. Even after I moved away from the area, I still travel back to Marks for my MOT, servicing and repairs. All the staff are lovely, especially Olly who has always given sound advise regarding any issues with my car. They're not out to rob you. Good value, excellent service and lovely new premises. The comfiest waiting area you will ever find. I would highly recommend.

The online system made booking an MOT very easy, with time slots to choose (no needing the car all day!) The car was tested within the booked time slot. All staff were friendly and welcoming. The last time I was at Marks Transport was when it was the old unit at the front of five mile. I am now a repeat customer since I came 2 years ago when we temporarily lived with family in the area, now we have relocated I will now be returning each time I need something done. The staff who I interacted with are lovely and all helpful. They are all a credit to your business and Lucy on the front desk is just lovely! She’s professional and extremely friendly but also very helpful too.

Not here at Marks transport though, I was fully advised of the possible issues and the cost to rectify before any work was carried out. I was kept informed at every step of the process and I really am impressed at how honest they were and I have to say although it was a costly job it wasn’t as bad as I was expecting. Had my Motorhome MOT’d at Marks Transport Group after a recommendation from a local caravan service shop. Craig did the MOT. He was helpful, courteous and informative. They were also very reasonably priced and swift in getting the test done. I will definitely be using them in the future and would recommend them to anyone.
