⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently purchased our 2022 Roller Team 747 from Camper UK and so far our experience has been excellent. As first-time motorhome owners, we had plenty of questions, and Richard has been brilliant throughout the whole process. He’s patient, knowledgeable and always happy to explain things properly. We never felt rushed or pressured, which gave us a lot of confidence in our purchase. What has impressed us most is the attention being given to preparing the motorhome properly for handover. Richard has made sure the servicing, maintenance and agreed work are all being taken care of so that we can start our first motorhome experience with confidence and peace of mind. I don’t personally know the owners, but it’s clear that Camper UK is a well-run business with good standards and the right people in the right roles. A good customer experience usually starts from the top, and the team reflects that. A big thank you to Richard and everyone involved. Staff at Camper UK are first class. I had a terrible start to the day, smashed my overhead cab roof window. We all know how expensive these are, but they are also hard to find for a 9 year old Burstner. Not only did Camper UK stock the window, but the young man who assisted me helped to match the correct one then took genuine time with me at the counter to check against my smashed one and advise regards transferring some components. Really pleasant, engaging and genuinely interested young man who really impressed me. Massive thanks to him and the company for saving the day 😁

Just had the pleasure of dealing with Glynn at camper uk while buying our Burnster Ixeo and I must say from minute one to the handover it all felt so comfortable relaxed and easy ,even after getting it home and with a couple of tiny issues after a phone call these issues were sorted in no time . Hopefully we can do buisness in the future with these guys with our next motorhome upgrades. Couldn't recommend this place highly enough and could spend all day looking around there stock.
After a glass or two of wine we decided that having a go at the famous North Coast 500 mile road trip (in March) would be the plan for our next adventure. With our NC500 book bought, route planned and holiday from work arranged next job was to try and sort some form of accomodation for the trip. Clare contacted Carl at Camper UK through email after being recommeded by Rachel a friend of hers. He was very responsive and sent us a selection of vehicles for hire that would suit our needs. The choice was excellent and we were able to find a suitable vehicle. On the day of collection the Motorhome was utterly immaculate, full of fuel and came equipped with gas bottles and a microwave! Carl was on hand to show us around the Motorhome, demonstrating all the features and how it worked whilst driving and on hookup. His customer service couldnt have been better especially when we contacted him whist in the Northern reaches of Scotland with a slight technical hitch. After 1500 miles of driving the process of returning the Motorhome was excellent, no hassle or stress. All the staff we spoke to and had contact with in the showroom were fantastic. We even got to have a look inside some incredible motorhomes for sale on their premises. Wouldnt hesitate to book again or even purchase in the future due to the excellent service and experience we had.
