Absolutely fantastic service by Martyn fitting a diesel heater to our Vivaro camper van. Short notice, managed to squeeze us in and done a great job above and beyond expectations and attention to detail. Great service and highly recommended
First class service received from Martyn and team. They worked hard to overcome obstacles to modifying our microcamper to our specifications. Work very neat and tidy. We received pragmatic advice and our approval was sought whenever changes needed to be made, including budget costs. Communications overall were excellent; Martyn is a pleasure to deal with, very easy to talk to and he listens! I wholeheartedly recommend using this business for your van conversions, especially if you want something extra or a bit different to the normal bog-standard job. We've had our van a couple of years now and love it - but - we had no heater so were restricted to hook-up sites only when it gets cold. So we took the plunge and got decided to get a diesel heater fitted. We contacted Martyn and he talked us through all the various options and recommended a system for us. We were a bit worried as our van isn't a 'normal' layout but that was not a problem for these guys. They worked with us to get the best solution and we couldn't be happier. Dropped the van off on Tuesday and picked it up 2 days later. Such a neat job and we can't wait to get out and use it now. We sat outside the house when we got back yesterday in 2 degrees and it was soon warm and toasty.

Martyn and his team were brilliant. They were open and honest from the outset about time and cost. They treated me as an equal, unlike some places who when they know you are a woman treat you like you know nothing. The cost was very good for the exceptionally high quality of work undertaken. I had a tow bar fitted, a new sliding window, a solar panel and my cassette awning fitted. They cleaned the van for me and made it looked lovely. Martyn then took his time to show me the work down and explain how the solar panel worked to keep the battery charged, how much charge could be expected, my battery life, how I could in the future improve on this. He also then after I asked , took time to show me how to work some of the other features on my camper van. It was exceptionally good service and I highly recommend Natural Born Campers.
After having issues from previous conversion companies I contacted NBC and spoke with Martyn regarding re-fitting an EVO furniture system in our van. After a visit and consultation we agreed on the works and price. COVID then kicked which of course caused a delay, however, Martyn kept me updated and even came and collected the van. Martyn kept in touch throughout the works ringing me to check/update on progress and decisions. He delivered the van back to me and as you can see in the pictures what a job. He even did additional works (Speaker boxes) without charging. I would not hesitate in recommending Natural Born Campers for your conversion works, you will not be disappointed!
