We required a van for work at fairly short notice- saw one online at Vans North West, that met our quite particular requirements, contacted them and within half an hour received a comprehensive and thorough walk round video sent by Louis, who was helpful and professional throughout the process. Quick to respond and very efficient service- we completed the deal and the van was delivered to us in an extremely well presented condition, very clean and tidy and just as described. We would not hesitate to recommend Vans North West.

Popped down to their showroom on the off chance of viewing a 3 Series BMW I had seen on Autotrader. The staff there were great, particularly Sean who was patient and knowledgable. The whole purchase experience was positive and one I’ll use again.

Purchased an Astra in April. Great price for the new car & received a very fair price for my part ex (I'd done loads of research & viewed many cars so I knew the deal was good). Shaun very honest about the car I bought. Had a couple of small scratches (which is to be expected) & he said we can polish them out to improve the look but they won't disappear. I was more than happy with this as I knew he was being genuine. I'll be back when it's time to replace my current car 😁.

Had an amazing experience with Adam and Graham when i was buying my Peugeot Boxer. They told me everything that I needed to know about the process and the van, and they didnt let me leave till I knew all i needed to about the momentum policy and the extras on the van. Outstanding service and MOT on my motorhome. The service manager contacted me in advance to check the vehicle size, booked me in within a week and completed the works in a morning.
