Been using them for years for our CNC requirements. Highly recommend their products.
I paid £260 for an awning rail fitting on my T5 campervan after originally being quoted around £100–£150, which I felt was a fair price given that the awning rail included built-in LED strip lighting that needed to be wired in. The price was increased at the time of the fitting due to the fitter having difficulties, as this type of awning rail with integrated LED lighting wasn’t something they were particularly experienced with. The van was kept for two days in order to complete the job. By the time the price increase was mentioned, holes had already been drilled into the van, meaning the work had to be completed. I also wasn’t made aware that the final bill would be £260 until the day of payment. While the job itself appears to be completed fine, I don’t feel it’s fair for the customer to absorb such a large increase in cost due to lack of experience, especially when this wasn’t discussed or agreed beforehand. Better transparency around pricing and communication would greatly improve the overall customer experience.
Recently had a suspension upgrade with Vanbus and I can't fault the service received. I had a few conversations to discuss which product would suit me best and then only a few days after making a decision Ian contacted me to let me know that the new suspension had arrived and that they could fit it the following day. Took the van over that evening and got it back the next day. Really impressed with the SoLow coilovers they recommended. I've used Vanbus several times over the years and will continue to do so due to the attention to detail and the high standard of work carried out by Ian and the team. I'd highly recommend Vanbus to anyone looking at getting a van conversion or upgrades done.

Thanks so much, Ian and Charles, for coming to our rescue when our Reimo roof started loosening and wobbling in the middle of our holiday! You guys went above and beyond. We really appreciated it! Thanks again! Iain & Helen x
Better late than never with my review but nonetheless, five stars for this chap. My partner and I had unsuccessfully attempted to cut a hole in the roof of our van ourselves and fit a vent (leaving it very not waterproof) and had to call every camper conversion company around to try and get it fixed urgently. After exhausting every conversion place in Bristol to be told it'd take at least 3 months to book us in, we gave Eclipse a call. The guy said we could run it in the following day as he couldn't leave us living in a van that was letting the rain in. He was fantastically polite and did a great job, fitting a different higher quality vent onto the van for a very reasonable price. I can't recommend Eclipse enough - helpful, reasonably priced and most importantly of all does a great job.
