Had two sliding windows fitted on our t5 today and could not be happier with the end result. Lee was very prompt in answering our queries and booked us in within a couple of weeks. The work was done really quickly and to an excellent standard. Lee was happy to answer any questions and took the time to advise us on some queries we had. Cannot rate Vancon Conversions highly enough. We had our works Transit with them for a new engine fit and it was done in super quick time and we were kept updated the whole time. They understood the time pressures of a business and need to get our trusty Transit back on the road. I have since taken my own van to them and once again, sorted in a day at a very fair price. Fantastic service! Lee and the team first did a very good job in fitting our Vans awning. Then gave very honest and sound advice on how to improve the battery / solar configuration in our van ahead of a trip to France. This was turned around very quickly from the inquiry (2 working days) and Nigel the fitter went above and beyond in manufacturing some aesthetic covers for the new batteries. Then disaster struck and within an hour of returning home a careless delivery driver crashed into our newly upgraded Van!... However 5 minutes later we called Vancon and they quickly soothed our fears. They assured if we brought the van back in they would be straight to it in assisting us and they did! They prioritised us over other work and in 48 hrs turned disaster to the van looking good as new! This team clearly have pride in their work and I would recommend them to anyone after Van maintenance, upgrades or conversions!
