Okay from the moment I booked this job it’s been an absolute nightmare. I’ve been waiting about a month possibly five weeks for a midway bullhead and also front bulkhead to be ply lined over. They changed the dates about 3 to 4 times then just yesterday they told me it can’t be done until the beginning of December which we are now in November that’s another month and now they’ve sent me an email this morning saying they can’t do it until January to be honest, I’ve had the impression that this did not want to do the job from day one very rude very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. They just don’t want to do a small job but they don’t mind booking you in and messing you about. 😡
This company is as scam plaese stay away from them £30 collection charge for a retun for the item worth £60 and and 20% restocking fee. and they can't even acctpt the retun sent back by the customers as they want to make money from the collection charge. scam! scam! I wish i can give zero star.
I ordered from their website for my particular vehicle, delivery was quick but roof bars sent didn't fit my vehicle. so wrong on their website but had the front to charge £30+ vat collection fee and 20% restocking charge, easy way to make money if you ask me. STEER CLEAR OF THEM i will say there has been an update on this since posting, customer services have sorted the issue and confirmed they sent me the wrong unit and have issued a full refund.

Avoid this company at all costs, booked in on the 07/03/24 for fitting on the 07/05/24 I was told they would arrive AM on the date agreed, never turned up so I called them I was told the fitter was running late and they would call me at 12:30PM with an update, they never called I called them at 1PM. Whilst on the phone I received a email saying they couldn’t make it today as the fitter had been held up on a other job which in my opinion was poor as I had arranged my work around this day so they could fit the racking, so I’ve wasted a complete day waiting around and lost a days pay. Then a manager called me back and said the could have someone there for 4:30 which I agreed too the guy turned up with a pre built racking system and it didn’t fit but I had sent emails with pictures and sizes prior to the installation. Absolutely unacceptable and totally shocking hope fully I get a refund without to much hassle.
Vanliners were recommended to us, so we arranged a date to carry out new floor. Booked well in advance (4 weeks) and was advised they would need 4 days. I called them the 4th day and was told, it would take another week although we had the van going in Monday for racking. We called again the next week and was told the van won’t be ready until Tuesday the following week. Now the racking installers can’t fit us in for another 3/4 weeks due to cancellations. Very disappointed, paid in full to book the van in. The only reason for a 2 star is Megan was really good in the office and provided me with all the information I needed.
