Absolutely loving our new Vantastic conversion! Literally a dream come true - THANK YOU Vantastic! 🙌 It's been a brilliant experience working with Liam. He was so enthusiastic about our project, sharing ideas before we'd even bought our van which helped us think about what van we wanted to buy, even going the extra mile to road test a prospect van for me over in Ireland. Liam was realistic with his budget, he took into consideration our ideas and our budget and managed that well - he was clear on additional costs when we chose to add or change things so we could make informed decisions. We worked remote with Vantastic on the project (we're based in the south of England) and that wasn't a barrier - we had great online collaboration and used WhatsApp so we were in regular contact and able to make decisions as needed. Liam kept us well informed on how he was tracking with regular photo and video updates too which helped to keep us excited about the process even though we couldn't see it happening in real life. Through the process we made some changes to plan, Liam was quick to adapt and find alternative solutions. He was honest and managed our expectations on the results he could achieve with some of the elements of the design as we got into the process and we problem solved solutions together. We were really happy with the quality of the build, the materials, the consideration given to the weight and function of the space. As with any project of this nature, we had to change plans, but Liam was super collaborative, working with us to find solutions and alternatives that were up to a quality and standard he was proud and happy with! You can't under estimate how important this is when you're committing to spend on a project like this. At the end of the process, we had a beautiful van back along with a detailed walk thorough & handover of the van to explain how everything works! Overall we are thrilled!!!...I've already been recommending Vantastic to many of my friends and colleagues looking to do a van conversion project.
