Our Lexus electric car ran out of battery outside Donnelly's showroom on 31 December 2025 morning and we had to wait in the car at -2°C until the premises opened at 8:40 to charge up. Staff arrived about 7:30 instead of 8:30 and opened up the premises. They allowed us inside to warm up while the car charged. This was so kind and thoughtful staff couldn't have been more friendly and kind.
I bought an ID3 from Aidan Brennan im in Dublin he couldnt have been more helpful sourced the exact car i wanted with a certain spec and the whole process was easy i have recently VRTed the car and had no issues .Alan Smyth also another sales person also assisted and couldnt have done any more for me thanks again guys .

We attended Donnelly Group Jaguar Showroom for a Mums At Work Networking Event. The event was hosted by Deborah Donnelly who was both professional and inspirational. Deborah related her journey and how she can help business women in her own role. The Donnelly Showroom is a modern location with brilliant facilities. It’s range of cars is worth seeing. We were treated to a tour of the flagship Moy Road Dungannon site, the new 50,000 sq. ft. showroom has added Jaguar to the dealer’s already extensive repertoire, now becoming home to the first and only premium brand outlet anywhere in Mid-Ulster. The networking event had over 30 local business women in attendance to view the showroom and facilities and there was ample parking in the new car park which has over 100 spaces. We had an enjoyable experience, first meeting up in the main showroom which was flooded with natural light and luxurious décor; the showroom provides a comfortable space for our initial networking session which took place in the lounge area which is complete with a coffee bar and wi-fi. We then went to the upstairs boardroom for a presentation on the journey of Donnelly group to the new 50,000 sq. ft. showroom. It was an inspiration for many of the women who have recently started their own business journey in this same local area.
