Great service here. Callum was easy from start to finish. No pressure. No hard sales. Listened to what I wanted and even managed to get the car turned around in a very.short timeframe as was travelling very soon after purchase. Great garage here and will use again

Absolutely outstanding. Im disabled, very poorly and taking my car to garages for repairs is just super daunting and a stress I don’t really want to deal with. I found a leak in my Nissan juke 25 plate in the boot coming from the vent, I’d originally took my car to Nissan lookers Sunderland (never again! they infact broke parts in my car never told me and his hid it also claimed they couldn’t fix it when they absolutely could of) so they referred me to Vik Young and actually so glad they did. From the first phone call I have dealt with Lauren and what an asset to vik Young she did, she helped me sort their curtesy car so I wasn’t without a car for getting to hospital appointments, she arranged I’m sure with help of others but she was my point of contact everything so it was so smooth. I brought my car in and Alan was absolutely great took time to look I’d printed pictures to give them an idea and what a kind gentleman he is he even transferred my wheelchair for me. Another asset to vik Young. He found the leak very quickly and within a couple days it was all sorted. I am so grateful and thankful for this garage as they’ve done everything possible to make the repair so smooth and simple for me. Outstanding. Thankyou xxx
