Wellhouse made the process simple and were excellent to deal with. They went above and beyond on the day of transfer which was hugely appreciated. The ‘new’ van is beautifully finished and attention to detail 2nd to none – by far the poshest kitchen I’ll ever have!
Great company, we got our new Transit Custom converted by Wellhouse in April, they have a longish waiting list but it’s pretty clear why, conversions are fantastic, lots of options and we’ll worth waiting for the end result.
Brilliant service from Wellhouse. David and his team kept in contact all through the conversion and the quality of the conversion is the best I have seen. 5 star service well done Wellhouse.
From start to finish the Wellhouse Team have been fantastic. We are 100% happy with the finished product and the customer service before and after has been excellent.
On my second new van with them. First class products and great service. You can tell these people actually do care about what they do.... I have no hesitation in recommending them!
Professionals. An unforeseen problem arose in the delivery of our vehicle and was dealt with immediately.
Really top notch customer service. Had an issue with a van they had converted ten years ago. Could not have been nicer in helping me sort it out. Simon in AfterSales and the team are great.
What really sets the Wellhouse experience apart though is the way the Wellhouse team stand behind their product, from advice to spare parts to clearing up any issue however small to quality upgrades.
Great service from initial contact to sale - high standard conversion. Purchased a Toyota Vellfire in Oct 2025.
We bought a newly converted Nissan NV350 in Oct 2024. We used it for single nights through the Winter and we only really became aware of the increasing number of issues once longer trips began in the Spring. David (owner) was horrified by my long email listing the problems with the conversion eg 4 scraping units doors, and immediately called me from his holiday in Portugal to apologise and discuss possible options to resolve the issues. Before the call I was very close to asking to return the camper. When I heard his final option of sending a driver across to the Isle of Wight to collect and return it to the factory so they could fix everything I understood his commitment to resolving everything and without me having to do anything. So instead, I suggested I drive the camper to Grantham (where I was attending a 6 day residential course) in July and they collect it and work on it then. David appreciated this offer and even offered to pay the ferry and petrol costs. Again he apologised and was clearly disappointed and somewhat mystified by how so many faults had slipped through their quality control and he assured me he would "get to the bottom of it". David himself even collected the camper on the Sunday evening and the camper was returned at a time to suit me, with every fault/issue resolved and more. So while we were initially devastated that our dream camper had so many issues, we are now very happy campervan owners who thoroughly recommend anybody buy a bespoke camper from Wellhouse Leisure. Thank you SO much David.
I was lucky enough to buy a used Wellhouse camper. Not only is the quality of the conversion superb but the service - even though I didn't buy directly from them - has been outstanding. Simon could not be more helpful or generous with his time. Brilliant company who take pride in their campers and really care about customer satisfaction.
Cannot recommend the Wellhouse team highly enough. Took my Toyota back for repairs, Simon explained everything fully, kept me updated and finished in one day instead of the expected two. Went above and beyond when I accidently left my mobile in the back of an Uber 🤦♀️, reported it missing, allowed the driver to phone their number and arrange return to me. Next morning the handle on my sliding door broke off in my hand! Simon replaced it in 15 minutes. What a star! I'd give Wellhouse 10 stars if I could.
