Bought Acura van conversion on 2021. Never reviewed them even though the workmanship was pretty poor. Sink not plumbed in so first use water ran out all over fridge and floor. No cap on internal water tank or the external feed to the tank. Tank has always leaked. Rock & roll bed needed adjusting and repaired by local company. Canopy not attached properly to bed base. General workmanship on trims poor. Apart from that, great conversion….
No idea on their quality of work, as I'm taking my proposed camper conversion elsewhere. Booked in with them to discuss options, get prices, book dates etc but after taking leave from work and making a 2hr round-trip I was told that no-one could speak to me - despite previously being told that the morning I attended was fine with Acura. Wouldn't have taken much to msg me and ask me to rearrange, and prevented me wasting time and money. If that's the level of customer care, then I'll take my money elsewhere.
They did loads of stuff for my citroen relay conversion; windows, vents, spare seat, gas, electricity, water - and then i took it back for advice and a little more work as i couldn't understand something, and they were brilliant. Highly recommended
I’ve had 2 different vans from these guys. They’ve been very good whenever I’ve had an issue. And good value too. I’ll be back for my next van soon!
