MTB Vans Adventure Hire

I ordered a sliding bed from MTB vans, before purchasing I checked what the lead time would be and was told it would be max 15 working days so I placed my order and paid…from that point on I got absolutely no updates about the status of my order despite me emailing numerous times and when the 15 working days came and went with still no bed and zero communication as to where it was and what was happening I gave up with MTB vans and contacted the manufacturer directly (which had I known I would have done in the first place). Van Furniture were great and got straight back to me explaining what was going on. All in all the bed took 23 working days to get to me and I never received a single email from MTB during the whole process telling me what was happening. If you are looking to purchase van furniture…go direct to van furniture. I was very happy with the bed once it finally arrived and this whole situation could have been avoided if MTB vans had just messaged me and kept me updated.

I purchased a mountain bike bracket for my van in prep for taking delivery of my new bike. MTB sent the product extremely fast and the product itself seemed of top quality, I was looking forward to installing it in my van however when I actually got my bike it was very clear that it would not fit in my van the way I had hoped, leaving me with a product I have no need for. I reached out to MTB to return the item and get a refund and again their service was second to none and dealt with this for me extremely quickly. I will without doubt be coming back to MTB once I work out what it is I actually need and want - Thank you MTB, you put my faith back in shopping online 👍

Came across this company whilst looking for axle clamps and rails for my camper van. Rang Joel for advice and was blown away by how helpful he was. So ordered said rails (cut to specific length at no extra cost) and axle clamps, also liked the look of the wheel bag, changing mat and robe, so they also went in the basket! Everything came the next day and again blown away by the quality of the kit. Can’t recommend this company highly enough, do not hesitate to use them 👍👍

Look no further these are your guys! I was messed around by another garage cancelling my booking to get my diesel heater and swivel seat installed the night before (by this time I was freezing) ended up booking with MTB who could get me in in a couple of days and so wish I just went with them in the first place! Anyway Joel fixed everything in a really quick time and for such a good price, clearly knows what he's doing! Will definitely come back and recommend to all my friends living in a van! So happy with my new swivel seat and heater 🙏🏽
