Brilliant garage rang this morning to get my steering wheel fixed took me to take it in but couldn't guarantee it would be done today as they had a lot of work on within a couple of hours they rang today my car was done and everything is now working as it should highly recommend will definitely be going back very reasonable price to

Had an issue with rear window control, took it to AES, they diagnosed the fault and repaired it the next day. The cost was very reasonable. Great staff. Will definitely use again and recommend to others
Really expensive. Took my car in for a faulty hazard light switch. They advised all they did to fix it was clean around the switch, no new parts needed.. I was charged 1.5 hours labour for this. Their hourly labour rate is also 60% more expensive than local competitors that get higher reviews, which I rang around to confirm. I don't think 1.5 hours for this task is reasonable, I don't think their hourly labour charge is reasonable or competitive and I don't think it's reasonable to carry out work of that value without consulting the client first. I raised the issue with them when picking the car up to give them the opportunity to rectify it, they chose not to, hence the review. Happy to upload my invoice if they want to dispute this review.

My 1st time to this company today 11/08/22 , with starter issues on my 08 Renault master van. Id like to say their warm phone manner from Brian who broke the ice for me ,and from my experience i wouldn't fault their swift service /professional advise including a very clean and well presented reception and a smile that helps.
