Service with a smile… quite hard to come by these days.. this is a family business with smiles and brill service. They do what they say and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Go and see for yourself… very knowledgeable.. almost a bit too much so for a mere beginner to ‘vanning’
Great experience from start to finish. We bought a Renault Trafic conversion from Autocraft and they made the process so easy. Professional but friendly, excellent workmanship, superb after-sales service. Would highly recommend.
Cannot recommend autocraft highly enough. They go out of their way to help and the craftsmanship is top quality. Friendly and efficient. Had a leaky fitting of a roof vent installed initially elsewhere. Tearing it out and refitting it was not an easy job. They set about the job without hesitation. Very grateful for the speedy and quality workmanship. Will definitely use for all my other self build needs.

Autocraft.... What can I say? ABSOLUTELY CRACKING PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. We bought our first motorhome off them and we would definitely use them again and happily recommend them to anyone. Everyone you deal with is friendly and goes above and beyond expectations. We received a call from them a few days after picking up our "Susie", to be told they had "slipped up". It turned out when filing the paperwork they noticed an advisory on the MoT for three of the tyres. They told me they would order four new tyres and have them fitted at my convenience. They also had it back to check the VuDome was working correctly. Then three weeks later we had an issue with water running into the dinette, I thought it was a leak behind the shower, but it turned out after a major investigation to be the washbasin tap. They found the leak and resolved it by fitting a new kitchen sink tap and moving the matching sink tap to the washbasin (so everything matched). We'd also noticed the rear window seal between the double glazing had failed, they replaced the window at their cost. As I say.... They are an amazing company to deal with.
