Ben, absolute dude 👊 I was really lucky to get booked not long after making contact for a diesel heater fitting (they're an Autoterm authorised supplier) as he had a cancellation. I felt so comfortable with the communication and knowledge from Ben over Whatsapp the moment I made contact. He gave me the absolute confidence to take my business to him. This man knew exactly what he was doing and knew my model of van, the Toyota Hiace. I could have found someone local perhaps, but I decided to drive across the country to someone who made me feel comfortable. He's passed on valuable knowledge for the future too and if I need an upgrade again I'd happily do the drive from Cornwall again, knowing my home is safe in his hands.

After a few days of consistent heavy rain, the windows are clearly water tight and finished well - they look great. From initial enquiry to completion of the work, Ben was friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back for any further work on the van 👌.
