Very impressed with Camperking, Newcastle. Their after-sales customer service goes above and beyond. Darren provided a home visit to bring a replacement table, fix a strap to the roof-bed hatch and show us how to move the mobi bedframe easily on the rails of our new T7 Freedom. We had been really struggling with that, having been shown at the time of handover but there had been a lot to remember at that time. Darren's patience and clear explanations, as well as advice on several other issues, were truly invaluable and reassuring. A big thank you to all the Camperking Newcastle team for their continued support. We made the right choice buying this fantastic campervan and choosing Camperking.

We've had some issues that I won't go into detail here, but the aftercare service received by Renee and Simon over the last couple of days has been exemplary. Renee has been in touch on a very regular basis on both the telephone and via WhatsApp. Its so nice to talk directly to a real person and not to constantly chase for updates. Well done Renee we really do appreciate your help and support. Keep up the good work.

If you have a camper Well worth a visit. I went today the 28th May 2026 and had new headlights fitted to my Camper. The work lads did a fantastic job of fitting but I met a great employee called Jeff who had a great knowledge of all things camper and was happy to spend time explaining and making sure everything was spot on. A great guy and a credit to the company. Thank you Jeff and all the staff for my great experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We’ve had a fantastic experience with CamperKing from start to finish. Alivia provided great service throughout, always responding quickly to any questions we had and making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Any small problems after purchase were resolved easily and professionally, which really gave us confidence in the company and their aftercare. The quality of our CamperKing Monte Carlo SWB automatic has been excellent and we’re extremely pleased with it. We’ll definitely be keeping up with our annual habitation checks to maintain the warranty, and we’re looking forward to many years of exploring and adventures in our campervan. Highly recommended!

Just look at her 😍🚐 We did our homework and checked out plenty of other converters, but honestly, nothing comes close to Camperking. The quality, the finish, the attention to detail… it’s on another level. We’re over the moon with our purchase.
