Highly recommend, I will definitely be using again! Booked over the phone as pick up and drop off locations were different, Arlene was a wee gem, super friendly and very accommodating! Booked the camper out of season so a few bits of damage all of which were pointed out to us and none of which had any affect on our holiday. We upgraded from the Romeo to the Cruz and thought it was a lovely van, very easily driven and great layout and decor inside. Plenty of gas etc, we had the heating on the whole team as we picked the coldest week in a decade and still felt snug as a bug. Handover by Colin was great, really friendly guy and very helpful! Cost was great, van was great, service was brilliant! Please pass on my thanks to the team!

The cleanliness of the campervan was an absolute disaster. The vehicle’s maintenance was equally poor, with several issues that should have been fixed long before renting it out. On top of that, the customer service was truly dreadful—unhelpful, unresponsive, and far from professional. I cannot recommend this company

If i could, i would give zero stars. We have booked multiple campervans around the world, but never experienced anything like this. The campervan was in a very bad condition. After having to go for a detour to exchange a moldy matress that they even knew about, they did not offer us any compensation. This is truly frustrating, since we lost money, had to change our plans and most importantly lost easily 2 days by this. We once had a severe issue with the car. Calling their 24hour number we hoped to get some help. But literally no one answered the phone. In the end, thanks to my mechanical background, i was able to fix it myself. This is truly incredible. Never ever again!

Use this company at your peril. The day before we were to collect the campervan they called to say it had been damaged and wasn’t roadworthy. They couldn’t tell me when it would be ready. I had to chase them for updates until I was finally told when I could get it. We lost 4 days of our holiday. On delivery, there were a number of further problems: no linen that we had paid for, window seals were loose; no “starter pack” with items such as washing up liquid, toilet paper etc; the kitchen equipment was minimal and basic; the seats around the table were not secure so you kept slipping around; the chairs we had hired were cheap canvas ones with tears. All in all it is clear that every corner that could be cut was cut. After the holiday I claimed compensation for the four lost days of the holiday and other expenses. This still has not been paid. I have made seven calls now. Each time they say they’ll call back but never do. You have been warned.

Hired this campervan for 5 days to the wild Atlantic way. Staff were great and friendly and showed us how everything worked. Great experience would definitely do it again but with a bigger van. This one was too small.
