We had a fabulous experience with chilli, Brett and kat were great to deal with and kept us updated with pictures and information of what was done or being done. The standard of work is outstanding with only quality equipment supplied and fitted. All the staff were welcoming and friendly whenever we called or popped in the workshop. Our experience with Chilli Jams Vans has been amazing. Brett, Kat and rest of the team are awesome. They have given us so much advice and help with our van. They have taken a personal interest in us from the start and made our van dreams come true! Also they know what colours work in the van, so pleased we went with their advice going for bright red inside the van. There attention to detail is amazing. All the fittings and equipment is such high quality. There is no way we could of done this conversion ourselves to this high spec! It was worth the wait on the waiting list! We would recommend them to anyone who wants to convert their van to a campervan to everyone! The updates and pictures while the van was with them was great and could see the progression and work they put into our van. We can't wait for our first adventure! I cannot put into words how appreciative I am for the work Chilli's do on my van. I don't think I ever turn up with a straight forward task. I have just got my van back from getting a sink/kitchen unit installed. I couldn't be happier. There were a few complications (with the work I had already done) but Richard was on hand to go out of his way to get the job done. I am chuffed to bits with the unit. The atmosphere is incredible in the workshop. The whole team came down when I came to pick it up and I even got inducted into the Chilli family with a sticker on the back of the van and a handshake. All I can say is thank you!
Brett and his team provide a Professional Competitive and extremely customer focused service for 'all things Transporter' . Having read the amazing reviews I decided to seek advice on various upgrades I had in mind for my new T6.1 Transporter Kombi and spent an enjoyable hour discussing my requirements with Brett . His knowledge really impressed me and I have today had the first phase of work completed to a very high standard. Communication levels in the business are first class and Kat had a comprehensive quotation in my inbox within 24 hours of my visit with Brett . More work is already booked in and I can't recommend these people high enough - it is just so nice to find a business like this in today's could not care less business environment. Next stage of van improvements completed by the Chilli Jam Vans team this week (ending July 31 2020) - side bars supplied and fitted plus a full soundproofing / insulation package. Also remedial work on a main dealer tailgate spoiler install and hard wiring a dash cam . As with previous work I was so impressed by the high standard of work and communication . Can't recommend these people high enough .
