Excellent service from start to finish. Wanted a sliding window putting in my vivaro sliding door for work to keep the dogs cool. Messaged Paul who gave me an excellent quote and he had me booked in for the week after. He kept me up to date throughout the whole process and when leaving my van there he was happy with my timescales. I’m extremely happy with the outcome of it and so are the pooches. Thanks Paul and gang, we will be back soon for the other side doing!
Overall experience with Paul at convertavan has been absolutely horrific. Ordered cabinets from him and they arrived completely the wrong dimensions. Went through a return procedure and he has refused to refund me my money. Avoid at all costs, disgusting behaviour from this company.
I arrived to collect my order to find it was in the wrong colour and when I questioned it the people where just incredibly rude. The item was supposed to be light brown, the finishing comment being it's a bed PAINT IT!
Nice guys . Put floor down in our vw transporter quickly and efficiently . Will be back for the sides here definitely any other work we require in the van . I recommend Convertavan 👌

Had a bonded window supplied and fitted. Window was not fitted flush or level like the original manufacturer one. Was told by convertavan that they are not meant to be flush with the van body and that there was nothing they can do about it not being level. All they offered to do was make it neater by running some black silicone round the edges! Contacted the manufacturer of the window who confirmed the window should fit flush and level the same as the originals and the fitter had most likely used too much bonding seal. Such a shame as they seemed like such nice guys when i first went to see them. I need a lot more bits for my van and i know which company certainly won't be getting my money. A lot of people have asked me about my badly fitted window and i always tell them where they can get one fitted just like it! Edit. In response to convertavan. If your windows are fitted correctly how do you explain the photos I have uploaded of the window poorly fitted by you?? When I asked you about it you said there was nothing you could do about the fitting and the fact it is not straight. It was then you suggested black silicone to make it look neater and said if i could not do it you would be happy to do it for me.
