Do not buy from these guys. Bought a van just over 2 years ago. We had to re-do the electrics, re fit a lot of the surrounding for interior also have two windows re-fitted as they were hanging off. More recently, after they said the cam belt had been replaced at 90,000 miles, it failed and has now cost us £10,000 to have a complete new engine. The only positive is that they do choose solid vans but just be honest !!
Purchased our Van back in November, met with Andy and Dixie at the Showroom. Andy explained options regarding customising the Van. Relaxed approach with no pressure to make a decision. Since purchasing, any questions we’ve had with the Van, Dixie has gone above and beyond to answer any queries. Really pleased with our Van. Already enjoying getting out and about in it as a family. Very happy with the service we’ve received.
Called into DG campers today and had the pleasure of meeting Dixie. After explaining to him what we were looking for in our next camper van he showed us what was in the showroom, talked through what they could provide for us, and the stages of the build. Once we had agreed we were happy to go ahead and place a deposit for our new camper. I’d certainly recommend a visit if you’re looking to buy a camper van. Adding to this review 4 weeks later, we collected our new camper van on Saturday. We are absolutely delighted with our new camper and already have many trips planned. The camper is fitted out extremely nicely and the colour we chose looks great. We’d like to thank Dixie for the handover and explaining how everything works, DG were very accommodating and happy to take my calls throughout the 4 weeks of the build.

I'm now 6 months into owning my converted van from DG campers and I can honestly say im so happy I bought from these guys. The transparency and relaxed feel I had from Cara and the team when going through the buying process made me feel completely at ease. (I'm quite picky when making purchases) and after assessing the van on a number of occasions before making a decision I was confident with what I was buying. This is my daily vehicle and its not missed a beat, the interior is hard-wearing and still in perfect working order after 4/5 trips with kids. Im confident I won't have to get another van for a long time but if I do. I will certainly be using this company again.
Dg Campers was recommend to me by a friend. Popped in to have a look around had a chat with Mark. He was very knowledgeable and talked about all the vans and spoke about our options. After leaving we had a think about it. Went back the following week to put a deposit down on a stock van and was able to collect it the following weekend. 3 months down the line we are loving the van and have been on some great adventures in it. One was travelling around Scotland for the new year.. Amazing service. Highly recommended. Not pushy. Very knowledgeable.
