James and the team were so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and were happy to answer all our questions. James picked us up at the airport, gave us a tour of their facilities which they are so proud of and we went on a test drive. All round the best customer service we have had when buying a vehicle, and we’ve bought a lot! We are delighted with our new Campervan.
I had a pop top fitted to my VW Transporter by these guys. The whole experience was brilliant. They were super helpful with regards to advice about the right pop top to fit and there were no hard sell tactics used, just pleasant and relaxed conversations. The job was done for me when I was ready, in a timely fashion and at a competitive cost. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail and the final finish. Excellent workmanship and really nice guys to deal with. Highly recommended.

Saw a campervan on auto trader but I called and it was sold. But James said to come and look at a completed one. The spec looked great so we went for a ford custom that came in. We picked all the kitchen, seats, rock and roll bed, roof and wheels. Looked amazing when we picked it up can't wait to get out and about now. A few tweaks to start with James sorted out straight away. Great guys and fab campervan

Elite Campers with Elite Customer Service. We saw a VW T6.1 Campervan on Autotrader which was just what we were looking for. Contacted by phone on Sunday morning and James called me back quickly. From that point on the communications and customer service from James has been second to none. James even agreed to order an install an awning for us before we collected. We were remote buyers from Scotland so we’re a little apprehensive having not heard about Elite Campers Ltd before but nothing was a problem, James and the team were so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and were happy to answer all our questions. James picked us up at the airport, gave us a tour of their facilities which they are so proud of and we went on a test drive. The Campervan was just as described, was in brilliant condition and the conversion was done to a very high standard and clearly with a lot of experience and thought from the design, layout, materials and colours etc. The appliances and equipment were all new and high quality. The after sales has exceeded our expectations. James has proactively kept in touch to make sure everything was fine and we got home safe. He has helped with any queries/issues/additional requests we had and did what he could to resolve a couple of issues quickly. All round the best customer service we have had when buying a vehicle, and we’ve bought a lot! We are delighted with our new Campervan.

3 years ago had our van converted by Elite. Window leaked. They replaced it, no fuss. Bed board warped, again no problems replacing it. Out of warranty a hydraulic strut failed. Immediate replacement free of charge. Can't fault their attitude and service. Can't recommend them highly enough.
We saw a nice camper we loved on Autotrader, but speaking to Jordan, it was already sold, but we could come and look at it to see the spec. Jordan showed us around the camper and the workshop at all the fit out options, so we were able to order exactly what we wanted. Plenty of communications on the progress, and when we got it, we couldn't have been happier. It looks awesome, and has everything you could need for a trip. I would definitely recommend
We bought a Ford Raptor from Elite Campers recently which had been given to them as a part-ex. From first spotting the advert to driving away in it, Abdul at Elite was amazing. We live about 2 hours away from Elite Campers so a lot of communication was over the phone/text. Abdul kept us up to date every step of the way and ensured that the process of the purchase was a smooth one. Upon arriving at Elite Campers, we were made to feel welcome straight away - Abdul talked us through every step of the process and even bent over backwards when sending documents etc over to one of the finance brokers. During the week after the initial visit to Elite Campers (while awaiting the finance to be paid out), Abdul kept in contact each day, gave us regular updates and again continued to make us feel like valued customers. The Raptor we purchased was in good condition and had been cleaned thoroughly before we made our trip to pick it up. A few days after picking it up, Abdul gave us a courtesy call to check we were still happy with our new vehicle.
