Been put off caravanning for life,after buying brand new caravan from here, it fell to bits on way home, and it went down hill from there, sales man laughed, when we took it back, for its snagging list .never got sorted , ordered wrong parts!!!! Twice!!! Then we discovered a major structural problem. The after sales said it was the manufacturers problem. They said it was granthams to sort ....... then when we was back at granthams. Trying to get some answers. The after sales went into a back room ,and was really rude. ( they obviously thought we couldn't here them) . I would recommend them to anyone ... in the end we got rid of said van. The issues were picked up by the buyer and we lost thousands. So be warned.
Ordered a set of keys for my caravan and after a long search found that Granthams had them in stock. I received an email from them the same day, stating that Amanda had packed and shipped them. I ordered them on the Sunday and they arrived on Tuesday. They fit the door etc perfectly. Overall an excellent service with very fast delivery. I’ve bought various items from Grantham’s in the past and I’ve always been very happy with them, excellent quality and speedy delivery. Today I took delivery of a Berker TV Aerial Point that I’m going to fit in my caravan. The quality of the item is top notch and again the delivery was great.
