We purchased our LWB Crafter conversion through Wayne at Eternity Campervans two years into its journey, after one of his clients was looking to upgrade to a new model. From start to finish, Wayne was incredibly helpful. He answered every question we had with the same care and attention as if we were buying brand new from him, and he thoroughly talked us through the van and its features. This is our second camper — our first came from a well-known premium brand. In comparison, Eternity simply stands in a league of its own. Their build quality, customer service, and the brand as a whole have been truly outstanding. We’ve now taken our Eternity all over Europe, from London right down to the Mediterranean coast, and it has performed brilliantly. We couldn’t recommend Eternity highly enough. We have just collected our VW Grande Expedition Campervan from Wayne at Eternity Campers. Wow …. the photos did not do it justice, it totally exceeded our expectations, the quality of the materials and the workmanship that has gone into this conversion are absolutely first class. We had our first trip out at the weekend and as first time Campervan owners we had a few issues setting up on site, however Wayne was only too happy to help when we called him and as a result we were able to have an amazing weekend away. I have always dreamt that one day I would ask for a job to be done and I would get what I asked for without something going wrong in the process , but that never seems to happen . Well today it actually did ! I trusted Wayne at Eternity campers to refit my dull grey camper and sort out all the design faults that came with the original build that I had inherited when I bought it elsewhere 2 years earlier . What I collected today was magical. Not only was it a superb refit ,completed sooner than expected , but it also came out under the estimated cost that I had been given and the company also advertised and sold my old interior while fitting the new . Absolutely nothing went wrong ! As you can see , the result looks fabulous and everything works as it should .
