Being new to Motorhomes I needed a reliable, experienced and knowledgeable firm to carry out my Annual checks as well as any other work that was required. Steve was recommended and I have found him to be all that I was looking for (and he doesn't charge the exorbitant fees that National Companies were quoting). Having been a motorhomer for the last six years I have suffered at the hands of Main Dealers for Servicing etc, and having been subjected to their over inflated prices I felt I had to write to you to express what a breath of fresh air I found your services to be. Not only do I no longer have to deliver my vehicle, and have to hang around non-descript waiting areas and await the verdict on my latest Service but I can get on with other business without wasting my time. Steve your engineer arrived at my home at a time and date suitable to me, and just got on with the job at hand. A price was given which I found extremely competitive and the work carried out satisfactorily and with reassuring competency. Minor items found over and above that of what I had asked to be done were pointed out and in some cases put right at no extra cost to me (how often does that happen nowadays?). Steve from MMC Services has recently upgraded the security on our Niesmann and Bischoff Arto motorhome. He has put in a top quality alarm system, reversing camera and sensors, gas alarm and polarity meter. Steve also carried out a cabin service and has given us loads of friendly advice on the maintenance of the van. The quality of his work is of the highest order and you would be hard pushed to spot any of the wiring. His pricing is also very competitive and I will certainly be using him again.
